ACIS Clinical Study
ACIS (Activated Cell Immunotherapy System) is a clinical research program focused on cancer immunotherapy through NK (Natural Killer) cell activation and proliferation. It is built on 17 years of clinical research conducted by Dr. Hikaru Ishii, covering 634 cases.

NK Cells and Cancer Immunity
Natural Killer (NK) cells are a type of white blood cell that plays a key role in attacking cancer cells and abnormal cells in the immune system. It is well established that NK cell activity declines with age, which is associated with increased cancer risk.
Dr. Ishii's research program focused on promoting NK cell proliferation and activation as a therapeutic approach to maintaining and enhancing cancer immune function, accumulating long-term clinical observation data from 634 patients.
ECM, Cancer, and Healthy Longevity
A central insight from Dr. Ishii's research is the relationship between extracellular matrix (ECM) integrity and cancer development. As ECM deteriorates with age, cancer cells become more capable of breaking through the submucosal layer and spreading via the bloodstream. Reinforcing ECM through high-quality natural fish skin collagen may reduce this risk.
The ACIS clinical program and the Décolleté Collagen clinical study are both founded on the shared principle of maintaining ECM integrity for health and longevity.
